Join us in the Mediation Room to do just that. With a mix of pranayama and mindfulness techniques, show yourself some self care by taking time to sit with yourself.

Meditation has proven physical and psychological benefits, but we know how hard it can be to sit down and meditate given how busy our lives can get on a daily basis. With our Guided Meditations (both in video and through audio), you can take the time you need to relax and be present in the moment.

Our Guided Meditations are offered in varying lengths ranging from 5-20 minutes and will be updated weekly and added to the Meditation Room as part of the Adult and Family Flows Packages.
