Join us for a five-day yoga and sound retreat, where we’ll reside in a luxurious estate in Temecula, California from November 20-24, 2024. With yoga, meditation, and breathwork twice daily, led by the co-founder of House of Flow, Erica Chen, this retreat serves as a perfect wellness getaway before the chaos of the holiday season begins. Students can deepen or jumpstart their yoga practice with expert guidance and hands-on adjustments, gather in the community and make friends, relax on the stunning property, and explore Joshua Tree National Park.

With options to book massages, explore local wineries, and even partake in a hot air balloon excursion, this retreat grants you the time and space to tune inwards, connect to your body, and have fun. Grant Henry, who is Erica's husband and co-founder of House of Flow, will play live music during one of our yoga sessions and two sound baths during the retreat. Sound healing is a potent method to soothe the nervous system, rejuvenate the body, and attain a deep sense of relaxation.

This property is a true masterpiece of design and serves as the perfect backdrop for a transformative retreat experience. The estate features an expansive infinity pool and spa, which have been designed to provide guests with the ultimate relaxation and reflection experience.

Additionally, many entertainment options are available, including a pool table, ski ball, shuffleboard, and ping pong, which ensure that every moment is filled with joy and relaxation. The outdoor firepit and balcony also offer serene spots for meditation or intimate conversations under the stars. For sports enthusiasts, a putting green and bocce ball court provides leisurely outdoor activities. All of this is set within the estate's beautifully landscaped grounds.

Beyond the comforts of the estate, the retreat's location in Temecula places guests amid Southern California's renowned wine country, providing easy access to a range of vineyards and wineries that showcase the region's rich viticultural heritage. The estate is a haven of elegance, featuring chic living areas, a massive kitchen ideal for communal meals, and a dining space that can seat up to 20 guests, making it an ideal setting for relaxation and socialization.

There are 6 bedrooms, 13 beds and 5 bathrooms, with ample space to be alone or socialize. This retreat is not just a getaway but a journey into the heart of Temecula's natural beauty and the luxurious lifestyle it offers.   • All students are responsible for booking their own travel arrangements - LAX Airpot (Los Angeles)

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Receive 50% of your total payment back if you cancel by September 1, 2024; all bookings for our yoga retreat become final and non-refundable after this date.
