Mentorship Teachers
These passionate yoga practitioners are currently developing their teaching skills through our Fall 2025 Mentorship Program, gaining valuable hands-on experience by leading Community Flows classes under the guidance of our experienced mentorship teachers. As they embark on this exciting journey of growth and learning, we invite you to practice alongside them and be part of their teaching evolution!
You'll find each of these mentorship teachers on our class schedule, offering Community Flows sessions that are included with all memberships (including our Growing Flows membership for just $50/month), class packages, and ClassPass, or available as drop-ins on a welcoming sliding scale of $10-20 per class. Flow Lab Teachers
Our Flow Lab offers recently certified teachers a supportive space to explore what it's like to teach in a studio setting and practice their skills with real students. These instructors have completed their teacher training but aren't yet ready for the intensive structure of our formal mentorship program—instead, they're in an exploratory phase of their teaching journey.
Flow Lab classes are included with all memberships (including our Growing Flows membership for just $50/month) and available by invitation from our mentorship program participants, as these sessions are designed as a learning laboratory without the direct guidance of our senior teachers. It's a unique opportunity to experience classes that are both authentic and experimental as these teachers find their teaching voice.
