Breath of joy is an excellent practice to awaken the body and mind gently, and for some, it is a reminder and invitation to ease and joy. This practice includes a three-part inhale, followed by a full-body exhale leading into a standing forward fold. No props are required, just enough standing room to extend your arms and move them freely.
