They have a true yoga love story as they met at a yoga studio where Erica was teaching and Grant was going through his 200-hour teacher training, they got engaged at a yoga studio, and they were even married at a farmhouse that offered goat yoga. The pandemic brought a lot of change to their lives as they ended up losing everything they had built for years in New York City in 2020 and they had to reassess what they really wanted in life after moving to Arizona soon thereafter.
This time to reflect is when House of Flow was born as they saw a unique space in a growing and ever-changing yoga industry. So, they built a platform together with a mission to create and share uplifting, accessible, and diverse content that makes you feel welcome, seen and represented on and off the mat. This is a platform that offers yoga, meditation and wellness offerings for adults, children, and families - of all ages, ethnicities, skill levels, etc.
House of Flow is not just live and on-demand classes either. It’s virtual retreats, yoga and meditation challenges, workshops, trainings, books, charity events and so much more. And in 2024, House of Flow has begun to offer in-person classes, events and retreats all over the world for the entire family.
This community will change the future of the yoga industry and we are so happy that you are here.
Welcome home.
