Join House of Flow’s Erica Chen and Marisa Martin for our Spring Mentorship Program, running from mid-January to May 2025!

This program is designed for both new yoga teachers and those with some experience who are looking to refine and hone their teaching skills. You can expect to deepen your understanding of intelligent sequencing, effective cueing, adjustments, the business of yoga, and teaching privates. Additionally, you'll engage in introspective work to discover your unique voice and intention as a teacher.

A key component of the program is a deep dive into Yoga Philosophy with Damodar Cordua and Anatomy and Application with Shaelyn Delgado. You’ll work one-on-one with a mentor to create monthly sequences and teach them weekly, receiving close guidance and constructive feedback throughout. Participants will also film classes for the House of Flow platform and receive advice on teaching both online and in-person.

The mentorship group will meet monthly in Brooklyn and twice a month over Zoom, along with one-on-one meetings with your mentor. Mentees will also receive a professional photoshoot with House of Flow’s Grant Henry.

We have poured our hearts into creating this program to support yoga teachers in their journey, offering a wide range of knowledge, experiential confidence, and a supportive community to uphold them. We hope you’ll join us!

ONLINE OPTION

Do you want to participate in our Mentorship Program, but can’t make the in-person sessions or don’t live in New York?

We’re happy to let you know that you’ll be able to join us online! All of our in-person lectures will be recorded and sent to you to watch the following day. You’ll still receive one-on-one feedback from Erica or Marisa and participate in the mentorship group via Zoom. For the hands-on adjustment day, we recommend having a friend or fellow teacher practice with you so that you can fully engage in the experience.
