What is Flow Lab?
Flow Lab is a 4-month membership program (September-December 2025) with the opportunity to extend month by month, designed specifically for newly certified yoga teachers who need real teaching experience. Limited to 10 teachers for our founding cohort.

1 guaranteed teaching slot per week in our supportive community environment
Unlimited House of Flow classes (regular membership value: $125/month)
1 skills workshop per month covering practical fundamentals
Monthly group check-in with Erica Chen, co-founder and master teacher
1 professional photoshoot with Grant Henry, co-founder and creative director

How Much Does It Cost?
Regularly $700 for 4 months ($175/month)

Pay monthly: $150/month (4 months = $600 total)
Pay in full: $550 due at time of acceptance (save $50)
Your Monthly Teaching Structure
Each month focuses on a different theme. You'll develop one sequence based on that theme and teach it 4 times throughout the month, receiving feedback from at least one senior teacher after each class.
Who Will You Be Teaching?
Your classes will include House of Flow monthly and yearly members, fellow Flow Lab teachers, senior teachers, mentorship teachers and you're allowed to bring 2 guests per class. This creates a supportive mix of experienced practitioners and your personal network.
