What is Flow Lab?
Flow Lab is a 4-month membership program (September-December 2025) with the opportunity to extend month by month, designed specifically for yoga teachers who have completed their 200-hour certification but haven't yet had the opportunity to teach in a studio setting. Whether you're newly certified or have been holding onto your certification while waiting for the right teaching opportunity, this program gives you the real-world experience you need.

Each month centers around a specific theme where you'll craft one sequence and teach it four times to a rich mix of participants—fellow Flow Lab teachers, senior instructors, mentorship student-teachers, Flow Lab members, and House of Flow members. This supportive blend of experienced practitioners and your chosen community allows you to refine your approach and build confidence with each teaching opportunity.
