The week is long, living in New York City is tough. Come to House of Flow every Friday at 6pm to reset and reclaim your energy. Friday Night Flows with Camila Rueda Labrador is your weekly ritual to transition from the chaos of the city into weekend calm.

Each 75-minute session guides you through a mindful flow practice that helps you release the week's tension and find your center. The class moves with intention, blending movement and breath to help you shed stress and reconnect with what matters. As the practice winds down, Grant Henry creates a 15-minute sound bath with crystal singing bowls that wash over you like waves of pure relaxation.

Why Friday Night Flows?

This isn't just movement for movement's sake. It's your weekly reset that meets you exactly where you are. You'll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and ready for whatever the weekend brings. Unlike other end-of-week classes that energize and wire you up, Friday Night Flows is designed to help you transition and truly unwind.

Join a community that understands the unique rhythm of NYC life, where seeking stillness in a city that never stops isn't just self-care, it's survival.

About Your Teacher

Camila is a multi-disciplinary artist who uses movement as a medium to facilitate healing. As a yoga instructor, she draws from her lived experiences as a queer immigrant trans woman to cultivate joy and liberation in her classes. Using a lens of Katonah yoga, Hatha yoga, and functional movement, Camila equips students with techniques to self-regulate and ignite happiness. Rather than focusing on achieving poses, she helps reorganize your body so you can be more conscious and available to navigate whatever comes next. Her classes challenge you to get curious about what you really want and how you plan to get there.

End your week with yoga and sound. All levels welcome. Come as you are, leave feeling renewed.
